What can you expect from me? A witty, sarcastic personality mixed with a high-pitched voice that can be transmitted through the white noise. I’m loud, bold and funny. I never back down from a challenge and will always deliver clear and concise copy that’s grounded in human truths.

I was born and raised in South Dakota. I received my B.F.A. in Theatre with an Acting Emphasis in Minnesota. After graduation, I immediately booked it to the Windy City. Chicago is where I got my voice, my grit and my determination. I studied comedy at Second City and had the privilege to perform on that stage. I wrote sketch shows and performed all over the city telling jokes to anyone who would laugh. I won several comedy contests that paid in either giant hot dogs or giant long island ice teas.

I switched gears from making a room of 300+ people laugh to writing witty headlines and creating killer concepts at The Chicago Portfolio School. I got my start writing for Babybel and Laughing Cow Cheese. I then headed to the Motor City where I worked on Chevrolet at Commonwealth//McCann. I also created and hosted a storytelling show called “Hey, Nice Monologue.” Next, I headed to the Mini-Apple where I worked on brands like 3M, Boston Scientific, Dash Radio, CPC, Nonni’s Cookie Bites, Bulwark Protection and a lot more.

Outside of advertising, I love senior dogs, riding my bike, beer, powerlifting, CrossFit, dancing unapologetically and the NY Times mini crossword.
